Habit Tracking: The Simple Tool That Changed the Way I Get Things Done

 

Let’s talk about habit tracking. Now, before you roll your eyes and think “Oh great, another thing to do on my already busy list”—hear me out.
 

Habit tracking is not about being perfect. It’s not about doing all the things every single day. It’s about visualizing your consistency, seeing your progress over time, and giving yourself a gentle nudge when life gets busy and you veer off track.
